friend connect gets a bit more social

google has just made friend connect a bit more social with the inclusion of netlog.

firstly this means i'm going to have to redesign the 'social arrow bar' on the website (perhaps i'll leave it for a few days :).

basically this means you can now low into any friend connect/opensocial website with your google, aol/aim, yahoo, netlog or opedid.

additionally you can attach your netlog, blogger, twitter, orkut, google and plaxo profiles with your friend connect user information to let your friends find out more about you, depending on your desires.

i could see potential in the near future for myspace to also join in with this project as they have been very supportive of the opensocial project from the beginnng and are also using google gears and google search, showing a strong business relationship.
